Superleuk, LLC d/b/a Pitches ("Pitches," "we," "us," or "our") operates pitches.ai and the Pitches application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Pitches does

Pitches is an AI pitch deck generator. You paste a company URL, a memo, or a PDF. We research the company, take screenshots when they help, draft a 12-slide investor deck, and export PowerPoint or PDF after you pay.

Those features require us to process your submitted content plus account and usage data.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: email address and basic profile details when you sign up (Google sign-in or magic email link)
  • Deck input: URLs, prompts, memos, uploaded files (PDF, PowerPoint, Word, images, spreadsheets, text), and chat messages you send in the studio
  • Generated content: decks, slides, screenshots, thumbnails, exports, and related metadata in your account
  • Support messages: information you send to [email protected]
  • Billing information: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers

Uploads and generated files

When you create or edit a deck, files you attach are uploaded to our cloud storage after you sign in and start a generation or send a chat message. Selecting a file alone does not upload it.

Uploaded files and generated assets are stored in your account so you can reopen decks and download exports. You can review and remove many stored files from your account settings while signed in.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and timestamps
  • Usage data: features used, generation events, errors, and performance metrics
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, analytics identifiers, and marketing attribution cookies

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and secure the Service
  • Fetch public pages you submit, take screenshots, and generate decks
  • Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe
  • Send service emails (sign-in links, account notices)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Monitor reliability, debug issues, and prevent abuse
  • Measure product usage and marketing performance
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

AI processing

Pitches uses third-party AI and search providers to research companies, draft slides, generate images, and run the studio chat. When you use AI features:

  • We may send your URLs, prompts, uploaded files, chat messages, and deck context to AI providers for processing
  • Web research may send search queries and read public URLs you reference
  • Providers generate output from your input and their models

Training and confidentiality

  • We do not use your private decks, chats, or uploads to train Pitches's own public AI models.
  • Your content is processed to deliver the Service to you — not to build a shared training dataset for other customers
  • Third-party AI providers process requests on our behalf to generate your output. Their handling of API traffic is governed by their terms and enterprise/API data policies
  • We do not sell your presentation content

AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated slides before you send them to investors.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how you use the Service. This may include:

  • Product analytics (for example PostHog) to understand feature usage
  • Privacy-friendly analytics (for example DataFast) for traffic and conversion measurement

You can limit cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may break sign-in or parts of the Service.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and deck data while your account is active so you can access your work.
